2. Products & Orders

All products are handmade, and slight variations may occur.
Orders are processed within [7-10] business days.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in full before shipping or workshop participation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across South Africa with an estimated delivery time of [7-10] business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
G Rose is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery with photo proof.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

6. Candle-Making Workshops & Experiences

Workshops must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided during the session.
G Rose is not liable for any injuries resulting from improper use of materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, and content belong to G Rose and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
